JS-Kit now appears in Lijit Search Results ( comments)

Today we are announcing tight integration with Lijit Search Results.

Most bloggers will tell you that the comments on their posts often outshine the post itself. With this in mind, we have worked closely with Lijit to ensure that comments left across any of our 600,000 registered sites are indexed and searchable by Lijit’s search widget. You can see an example of the search results above.

We’re proud to continue to roll out integration projects like this to ensure that comment data is available for all the applications across the web that would like to remix and re-purpose the conversation. If you have a project of your own you’d like to see happen, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will support you in any way we can.

You can see a great example of this working on Guy Kawaski’s blog who happens to use both Lijit and JS-Kit comments on his site.

We’d like to congratulate our friend and partner Mish for having his blog “Mish’s Global Economic Trend Analysis” listed in Time magazine’s top 25 Economic blogs of the year. He is listed in first place no less!

Mish’s Global Economic Trend Analysis. Although Mish (aka Mike Shedlock) is not an economist by training, he adroitly gets into the thick of economic data. Mish uses observations made by those in major media, so-called experts and government officials and serves up analysis based on his impression of their relevance and validity. The author is not afraid to attack conventional wisdom.

Sandvox 1.5.4 Released with JS-Kit Comment Support ( comments)

Our friends over at Karelia have launched version 1.5.4 of their Sandvox product which includes JS-Kit comment support.

Sandvox is a fantastic and easy to use WYSIWYG site building tool for Mac and we are happy to support their efforts with our rich commenting service.

This is part of our ongoing efforts to support 3rd party developers to use and extend JS-Kit’s suit of products. Stay tuned for an expansion of this program in the coming weeks and months.
